Magic is revealed when we connect to "being" instead of "doing" and are in presence, in all simplicity. However we tend to make our lives very complicated. I don't believe we should get rid off the ego as it is useful for our human experience, but we can see all the individual dramas and collective disasters it creates when we put only the mind in charge of everything. The ego needs to be put at the service of the soul; we need to act more from the heart.
By disconnecting from faith, from our connection to the Cosmos, to nature, we have disconnected from ourselves. I'm here to help you find yourself again.

Who am I?
I'm a sort of quantum alchemist, an intuitive medium, guide and mentor, and overall teacher.
I specialize in connection to the soul, with energy medicine, which connects us to the Universe, the Earth and nature.
I create bridges between the material and the invisible world, and above all I teach you how to do it!
Words like "multipotential" and "highly-sensitive" can define me; most people who contact me are as well, even if sometimes they are not aware of it. I was a very sensitive kid, with mediumnic visions. I didn't know what to do with them as I grew up in a very cartesian family. So I over adapted to fit in boxes and played different roles. I was not very good at sharing my emotions and I was not at all myself until one day, I collapsed.
I had a massive burnout in 2007, which (I can see it now) was a blessing in disguise as it put me back on track. With a lot of patience and hard work on my shadows I learnt a lot about how to use my gifts to help others instead of hiding them. I have been doing this since 2013. I am on a constant learning journey, just like you. Most recently I had a life-changing experience of 4 months in India.
What I value the most is learning and teaching. We can learn through trainings, of course, but also every day, with each experience, when we live a conscious life.
Throughout my personal and professional life, I move forward like you, trying to do the best I can with what comes my way.

How do I work?
To be of service to the planet and human beings, I combine my conscious experience in this human body, on Earth - with long moments of inner work, quiet, listening to my inner voice, my body, etc - with 11 years as a coach/therapist and 23 years as a teacher/trainer.
Spirituality for me is a way of life, not just doing an exercise or going to a retreat: it needs to be integrated and embodied, so that it becomes grounded in the physical world, in our daily life, our current life, our behavior, with where we are on this planet.
I am well trained various forms of coaching, hypnosis tools, emotional and energy healing, psychology, shamanism, etc.
Today, however, it is my soul, my intuition and the connection to the subtle world that guide me to support you.
Consciousness frees us from illusions, reminds us that we have come to experience things like duality for example, but that we are not separate.
Consciousness allows us to release anything that prevents us from being authentic, from being in faith, from seeing opportunities in all experiences, from becoming sovereign observers.

I do not believe in becoming dependant on one therapist, nor in single tools. There are a thousand and one ways to work on yourself, I have experienced plenty of them.

The secret: the more you allow yourself to feel, the more life intelligence is activated and your wounds or traumas become integrated and no longer control you.
I want you to become autonomous on this development path.
Only you can know what suits you, feel what resonates for you and what doesn't. Nobody is coming to save you, you can only get support to save yourself.
Don't believe anyone, not even me. Experiment, test and choose for you. This is what I teach you.
It is definitely easier to give your power to somebody else; that way you have someone to blame if it doesn’t work, haha. :-) We need to take responsibility for our choices now. The planet can no longer wait.
We can both recognize our needs and concerns as a human beings who do the best we can with life and all its contradictions, and trust our soul to connect with the Universe, with the divine part of us, with the part that knows how to navigate this experience. It can be learnt! Let me show you!
